Information on Plots
The entire project comprises seven plots. Each of these building plots is in a quiet location with an outstanding view to sea and mountains. The exceptional size and the layout of the plots guarantees a maximum of privacy. The city of Lagos with its restaurants, shops and beaches can be reached within a few minutes.
Each of these building plots has a size of at least 3,015 sqm and can be built with one villa each. The maximum development per plot amounts to 388 sqm of covered area plus another 162 sqm of uncovered areas, such as terraces and pool. Information on Villas
In order to clarify the building possibilities of the properties described above and to make our customers’ choice easier, our German Portuguese architect team has already developed five different licensable design drafts. The designs differ primarily in style, size and layout. For the construction you should calculate with costs in a price range of 975.000 to 1.800.000€ (without plot) , according to our price list in our high quality construction standard. This includes for example brand kitchen, underfloor heating in all living rooms, floor to ceiling windows, garage including charging station for e-car, garden, pool with heating and cover, modern energy management and much more.
